How we protect your family's data.
1. Local Data & Photo Storage
We believe that your child's data belongs strictly to you. All user data, including children's names, birthdates, developmental progress tracking, and personal photos uploaded from your device's gallery (e.g., for the Family section), is stored locally on your personal device. We do not collect, upload, transmit, or store these images or any sensitive data on remote servers or databases. Your photos never leave your phone.
2. COPPA Compliance
This application is designed for parents. We are fully committed to compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We DO NOT knowingly collect personal identifiable information over the internet from children under the age of 13.
3. No Third-Party Tracking
We have a strict policy against intrusive tracking. We do not sell your data, nor do we serve third-party targeted advertisements that track behavior across other apps and websites.
4. Payment Processing & Subscriptions
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription services. When you purchase a subscription, non-personal data (such as a unique installation ID and purchase history) is processed to validate your premium access. All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store; we do not collect or store your credit card details.
5. Data Safety
The only data transmitted is related to your subscription status to ensure you receive the features you paid for. Your child's developmental profile remains 100% private and offline.
